After spending that last 4 hours searching for quality directories, submitting and then repeating the process, I'm reminded about how much it sucks. Although directory submission is tedious, it is necessary for SEOing on a budget...or lack thereof.
For those who work within the web world, you're probably familiar with directories. And for those of you who are not the web techie type, the following may be somewhat foreign but I'll do my best to be thorough...feel free to ask questions in the comments.

Below is a list of uniquely designed web directories. There's no "pecking order"...meaning that Dirsensei Directory is not necessarily the best and Apahcinc.org is certainly not the worst. All of the directories are well established and recognized making each not only attractive but valuable to submitters. Prices and PR were not noted for each directory as both change frequently; however, to submit a base regular submission (non - reciprocal) listing in each directory the total -for all directories in the list - would be about $1148 and a submitter could probably double that amount for all premium featured submissions.
